This page explains what personal data Next Level collects through the site, what it is used for, where it is stored, and what you can ask about it.

Who is responsible
Next Level is operated by Paulo Drusian. For anything on this page, including requests about your data, use the contact page.
What we collect, and nothing else
We collect only what you type into the forms on this site. Nothing is collected in the background.
On the application form: name, email, location, how long you have played, income range from poker, format, stakes, volume, tracker used, how you currently study, whether you have a study plan, your goal, previous attempts, and whether you have worked with a coach.
On the contact form: name, email, WhatsApp, Discord, goal and plan.
Income range is sensitive, and it is asked for a specific reason: without it there is no way to say whether a programme fits your situation. If you would rather not share it, reach out through direct contact instead.
What we use it for
To reply to you, to judge whether one of the programmes fits your case, and to run the work if you become a student. We do not use your data for advertising, we do not build ad profiles, and we do not sell it to anyone.
Where the data lives
The site is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are received and stored by Netlify Forms, on servers outside Brazil. Netlify acts as a processor: it holds the data on our behalf and does not use it for its own purposes.
We keep submissions for as long as they are useful for handling your request, and after that for as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete, we delete and confirm.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, carries no social pixel, and loads no third-party script to measure your behaviour. There is no cookie banner here because there is no cookie to consent to.
Your rights
Under Brazil’s General Data Protection Law you can ask us to confirm that we process your data, to give you access to it, to correct anything wrong, to delete it, and to tell you who it was shared with. Just ask through the contact page, no special form, no cost.
Minors
Next Level programmes are for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if it happens, we delete it as soon as we find out.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Any change affecting data already submitted is communicated to whoever submitted it.
