These are the rules for using this site and the Next Level programmes. They apply from the moment you submit a form or hire a service.

What Next Level offers
Technical development services in poker: mentorship, database analysis, one-to-one lessons and hand reviews. What each one includes, how long it lasts and what it costs is described on the coaching page, and that description is what applies.
What is NOT promised
No result is guaranteed. Poker involves variance and your own decisions at the table; nothing here promises profit, recovery of losses, moving up in stakes, staking approval, or any financial return.
The work is about method and technical decisions. What you do with it, and what variance does to you, is outside our control and outside any promise we make.
What we expect from you
Truthful information on the forms, showing up for agreed sessions, and material that is genuinely yours, a database and hand history from your own game. Working on someone else’s data helps nobody.
Hiring, payment and cancellation
Services are agreed directly, after the initial conversation. Price, payment method and schedule are whatever was agreed at that point and confirmed in writing.
A session cancelled at least 24 hours in advance is rescheduled at no cost. Cancelled at the last minute, or missed, it counts as delivered, the slot was reserved and could not be used by anyone else.
Content and material
Recordings, analyses, study plans and material produced during the work are for your personal use. Redistributing, reselling or publishing that material is not authorised.
Your game data stays yours. We may use anonymised excerpts for teaching, and any use that identifies you, your name, a recognisable screenshot, a number of yours, requires your explicit permission.
Limits of liability
Next Level is responsible for delivering the services you hired. It is not responsible for game results, for decisions you make at the table, or for financial loss arising from them.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change; the date at the top follows. A service already hired continues under the rules in force when it was hired.
Governing law
Brazilian law applies. Anything that cannot be settled by conversation goes to the courts of the consumer’s domicile, as the Consumer Protection Code requires.
